    The serializer they provide for MS Office 2024 for Mac doesn't work. I have followed the indicated steps (by the way, the video provided by the link is outdated ; there is no DMG to download, but directly a PKG). Very long delay from the support team that didn't solve my problem.

    Edit: the installation finally worked only after a full reinstall of macOS, erasing the drive. Microsoft Office Removal Tool did not work, nor other tool provided. If you had (maybe a long time ago, my case) Microsoft 365, even if all was properly disconnected, it doesn't work.
